С этими мини-приложениями, которые размещены прямо на рабочем столе, пользователю открываются возможности писать в твиттер, просмотреть новости, быстро выключить Wi-Fi или включить режим полета. А именно два последних пункта было неплохо увидеть на телефонах с Windows Phone 7. Ведь живые тайлы, которые и есть виджетами, не наделены способностью отключать передачу данных или тот же Wi-Fi. И вот появилось приложение, которое исправит ситуацию - Network Dashboard, поможет решить проблемы с тайлами.
Интерфейс программы достаточно прост и представлен всего одной вкладкой «dashboard». На этой вкладке находятся четыре живых тайла: передача данных, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth и режим полета. Долгое нажатие на любой из тайлов, вызовет меню, с помощью которого можно прилепить тайл на главный экран телефона. По сути, каждый тайл это ссылка на быстрый вход в определенное меню настроек. Конечно, от виджета функционал тайлов существенно отличается, однако приложение существенно поможет тем пользователям, которым часто приходится включать/отключать передачу данных. Меню единственной вкладки так же немудреное, оно состоит всего из двух вкладок: «about» и «settings». Первая вызывает новое окно, на котором содержится информации о приложении и его история версии. Там же указана очень важная информация, о том, что после манипуляций с настройками через живые тайлы, из приложения нужно выходить не через «назад», а через «win». Что же касается настроек, то они состоят из трех пункотов: live tiles, tile style и reminders. Первый осуществляет манипуляции только одного выключателя, который отвечает за анимацию тайлов в приложении. При стандартных настройках анимация отключена и на рабочем столе отображаться будет только статичный тайл. На втором пункте можно отредактировать внешний вид тайла, который имеете три разновидности. На вкладке «remindres» осуществляется настройка упоминаний, которые подскажут пользователю, что нужно включить Wi-Fi или наладить передачу данных. Для примера можно привести такую ситуацию: человек экономит заряд батареи, когда уходит из дому, выключает беспроводной доступ. Вернувшись домой, пользователь может забыть его включить. Что бы решить данную проблему, пользователь может поставить напоминание, например на 7 вечера (когда человек вернулся домой) и тогда приложение напомнит, что нужно включить Wi-Fi.
В завершение можно сказать, что Network Dashboard достаточно удобен и, в какой-то степени заменяет те самые виджеты, руководящие подключениями мобильного устройства. Стоит полная версия 34 рубля. На Marketplace есть и бесплатная версия, но она значительно отстает от платного приложения.
